During the Expo 2020 Dubai, the Digital Innovation Observatories of our partner Politecnico di Milano (POLIMI) is organising a conference on “Digital Innovation for Sustainable and Inclusive Agrifood Systems”. The event will take place virtually on Monday, February 21, 2022 at 14:00 – 16:00 CET and Ploutos will participate and present the Sustainable Innovation Framework and the project’s results so far!
The conference will provide relevant research results, as well as practical and successful business cases on sustainability-oriented innovation in the agri-food sector, driven by digital technologies and developed within the Digital Innovation Observatories. The participants will have the opportunity to get knowledge on the role of agri-food startups as engines of sustainable innovation, food waste reduction and sustainable logistics, agriculture 4.0 as well as global sustainability challenges of the agri-food systems and more!
