23 September 2022, 10:00 – 12:00 CEST
Let’s connect to identify policies that can support the transition of the agri-food supply chain towards a more sustainable future!
One of the key outputs of Ploutos is the creation of a set of policy recommendations that can support the EC and EU Member States with the aim to enable the transition of agri-food value chains towards a Sustainable model.
For this to happen we need to engage and interact with the relevant key stakeholders. Those include agri-food industry representation bodies and umbrella organizations, relevant initiatives and EU projects targeting the agri-food sector, as well as relevant global organization initiatives. We believe that bringing such actors together and triggering exchange of viewpoints and best practices, we can encourage dialogue and collaboration. This way, Ploutos H2020 can gain a better understanding of their perspective on future policies that will support the agri-food supply chain transition. The ultimate goal for Ploutos and for the agri-food sector as a whole is to lead the way towards a clear consensus on which policies to prioritize and which steps to implement first.
Actions towards Sustainability!
In this context, we are organizing a Digital Workshop on Friday 23/9/2022, 10:00 to 12:00 CEST via Webex. During this workshop, we will have the opportunity to get an overview of Ploutos’ approach and discuss on the policy recommendations that could help formulate the policies of the future.
